Anil Saxena heads our US operations, working with clients to increase both customer and employee engagement while decreasing turnover, improving customer retention, and increasing profitability within organizations. Anil understands how to get everything working together to optimize organizational performance. Anil speaks to business groups regularly and is considered a thought leader in the evolution of HR and human capital from a cost centre to a major force in performance. His key note address: ‘Human Resources Driving Business Results & Being a Strategic Partner’ has been well received by both organizations and major associations as demand for this presentation is very high.

Anil is a certified High Impact Coach and Trainer and a Joint Application Design facilitator. He is also certified by both Rush Systems and IBM as a focus group facilitator. John Northey understands DATA. He is a prolific statistician and programmer with over 20 years experience pulling together complex data so that it is simple and easy to use. He graduated with both a statistics and an economics degree from the University of Guelph in 1992, and has 6-Sigma certification. John has been a key programmer on the TCM system. In regards to database projects, John has been a key figure in all FSI implementations. John specialized in the set up databases that pull data from an assortment of systems and merge them together into one easy to use reporting system.

Donna brings more than 20 years’ experience as a corporate communicator with senior leadership roles in association, agency and corporate. Named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40 in 2003 recognizing her career achievements to date; Donna was editor of a national magazine before she graduated from university, headed up major financial services accounts at an award-winning agency, and is credited with leading the successful global communications efforts for Canada’s largest Initial Public Offering in her role as Vice President, Corporate Communications at Manulife Financial. She was the youngest female VP at Manulife at the time.

Donna brings a wealth of knowledge and insight to corporate communications and public relations, including external and internal communications, governance and management of the function, social media, web sites, branding, merger communications, corporate citizenship, issues and crisis management.

He is currently finishing his Honors Bachelor of Commerce Degree specializing in Human Resources at Lakehead University. Alex has an infectious personality and adds “pizazz” to the team. In his spare time, he plays on numerous sports teams such as basketball, soccer, volleyball and cross-country. Alex is also a bit of a movie star. His real-life experience of being a skilled basketball player who lead a small Northern New Brunswick community to the 2009 New Brunswick provincial championship victory after a tragic car accident killed seven players and the coach’s wife was created into a movie called “The Phantoms”. He is portrayed as the character, Luke Thibodeau. The movie was aired on CBC and is also available on Netflix.
